I usually buy one regular-sized bag of swimming diapers at the beginning of swimming season and I can make them last all summer and we go swimming a lot! I have only ever tried this with Huggies Swimming diapers. After swimming, I throw the swimming diaper into the washing machine and dryer with the rest of our clothes on the normal cycle. I can do this 5-10 times with each diaper. They don't fall apart or work less after each wash, but the pictures on the diaper fade. I only do this if they haven't made a mess in their diaper while swimming.
