Simple Trick To Quickly Pick Healthy Foods When Grocery Shopping

A simple trick to get in and out of the grocery store with only healthy foods is to only shop the peripheries of the supermarket.  Try to avoid the middle aisles, since these contain processed foods.  Make a quick loop on the outer walls of the grocery store to pick up fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy.  You will end up saving time, money and it will be better for your health!
