To make a stir-fry, pour a little oil in a Wok and add cut-up chicken or beef. Let the meat brown, then add cut-up veggies like carrots, onions, broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms and anything else you can find in your fridge. Cook and stir for a few minutes until vegetables are no longer crunchy. Pour a small can of pineapples with juice if you like sweet and sour stir-fry's. Add soy sauce or any other flavorings you would like. Cook until liquid condenses. In another pot, boil Lo Mein noodles, rice or Ramen Noodles in a pot. Once the noodles or rice are done, drain them and add them to the vegetable and meat mix. You will have an inexpensive meal!
