How much water should I drink each day?

How much water should I drink each day?  Here is an easy equation to find out.

Take your weight and cut it in half.  That's the number of ounces you need to drink each day!

Ex:  If you weigh 150 pounds, cut that in half.  A 150 pound person would need approximately 75 ounces of water a day!
