The Juice Generation

I just finished reading the book The Juice Generation by Eric Helms, Amely Greeven and Salma Hayek.  It includes 100 recipes for smoothies and juices.

This book does a great job in describing why juicing is beneficial to your health and how each ingredient is beneficial.

They break it down so you can slowly get into full-blown juicing.  They start off slow, adding things that taste good and are good bases.  Then they move on to the next level where you start adding more vegetables.  The last part shows different herbs and pantry staples you could add to the juices and smoothies to make them even healthier.  I love that they have a section for kids recipes too!
